When people saw the evolution of my team, I know that they saw that basketball is more than just a game I believe basketball is about learning who a person really is. School cheerleaders must sign both an Athletic Constitution and a Cheerleading Constitution.

I believe basketball is more about teamwork. These are just a two things cheerleaders do. This is the same with many other sports. They must stay out of trouble both in- and outside of school because as a cheerleader you are representing you school and what it stands for.
While conditioning, cheerleaders work their leg, arm, abdomen muscles and depending on the type of practice they are having they will work their back muscles. The philosophy and emotions associated with the game makes it my favorite past time.
